Giant Online is the latest MMORPG from Giant Group(GA), listed on NYSE Market. The designers set the story in the year of 2200 and people can use the time travel to go back. They want to change the ignominious history in 1800s-1900s of China so they bring the advanced technology back and help China to fight against the military invasion of western powers. Every player will be sent back to the year of 1855.

I think maybe you will be interested in this newly chinese made 2.5D MMORPG: Chaos Online. Since it has not an English name yet, we will name the game for its three races: Gene, Dragon and Sky. In Taiwan version it is called Cloudland Online.

This game has awesome effects of skills. Weapon growth system is amazing stuff, you can not only grow the level and quality of your weapon, you will also need to raise your ‘weapon spirit’, awaking your weapon to make it more powerful. At most you can have 4 spirits to enchance your weapons in differents ways and make 4 sockets to embed different weapon skill stones.

Every new invention nowadays of MMORPG can be found in this game: Instance, in game robot, GPS, upgrading item level, upgrading item quality, weapon spirit( like a pet who is attached to your weapon and give power of it) and Skypass etc… We are really expecting the alpha test of this game so once there is a news, we will let you guys know.

Since Gene race is introduced into this game, you can see morden weapons as well. Rafle, cannon, you can even ride a motocycle!

Zu Online(China) has just started its Open Beta in China. It reminded us a couple of months ago, the days we tested the game in English version of Zu Online.

Zu Online - which refers to lots of classical sutras, has its setting based on the supernature novel—The Life of Swordsman in a area called Zu.

It is an elaborately and well-designed 3D MMORPG with a rich culture of immortals and knight-errants. Its most outstanding feature is putting emphasis on the traditional orient-culture of monkery. The in-game quests will boost the development of storyline. Players will be able to taste flying by riding a sword, consubstantiating gods, forging mystic weapons, creating sects and other else amusing.

Zu Mountain, these two characters do not only represent a range of mountains and streams. We have tested the game in the first 20 levels and if you just follow the quests, it will keep you very busy. One thing we have noticed is that, the map is very large. When you moving from one place to another, it really takes time, even in GPS system(Click the NPC and you will move toward him directly). The most difference of this game compared to the others is from its paintings and graphics. It is really unique though.If you are tired of clumsily 3D game, you can have a try on this game.

Gaining the experience required to save the day is easy if you help your fellow man by accepting quest after quest set forth to you. Many of them will help you in many ways, not the least of which will help you to gain more powerful magic!”

“Training yourself to level 30 is easy dude!” says the Warrior’s Guild Leader cajun, “Unless you are the type of person who gives up at the beginning of your training, in which case, you are no hero at all. If that’s your style, you’ll fail at all but the simplest of tasks set before you.”
